Chino Hills Real Estate Services

Leilani Sullivan has distinguished herself throughout her real estate career, first as a top-producing agent and now as a respected and influential leader. In her current role as manager of the Chino office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, she shares her considerable knowledge and wisdom with the agents she oversees. With over 18 years of real estate experience, she has proven herself to be an asset to her clients and her colleagues.

"Leilani Sullivan is an excellent leader and manager,” says Dennis Rosas, President of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties. “She truly has her agents' achievements at heart and strives to create a consistent environment for learning, motivation, and support. We are appreciative of the gifts Leilani brings to our company and look forward to continued growth and success with her."

Leilani earned her real estate license in 2003 and became an award-winning agent and top producer while serving clients across Southern California. She was promoted to management, where she excelled. “Being a manager is a privilege and an honor,” Leilani says. She enjoys helping her agents become great Realtors and a positive influence in the community by equipping them with the knowledge and expertise they need to succeed. She reinforces the importance of kindness and integrity when serving their clients. “Creating a culture of fun also brings out the best in people. My goal is to help our agents achieve their goals!”

Agent Ellen Cupino is a top producer in the Chino office. “Leilani is an integral part of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices of California,” she says. “She is my manager, my leader, a great supporter. She constantly empowers and motivates me.”

One of Leilani’s newer agents, Deborah Little, recently wrote, “I truly admire you and your love for your agents. You have always been there for me, no questions asked, no hesitation. I love your tenacity in getting the job done, efficiently and quickly. You make ‘team’ an elegant and fun adventure. Everyone wins. It’s hard for me to narrow down one testimony to describe your dedication and the energy you illuminate as our amazing manager. Thank you for everything you do.”

Miguel Galaviz is also grateful for Leilani’s support: “Leilani is a great manager and coach at the same time,” he says. “She makes the time to guide and explain if I have questions or problems with my transactions.”

“I really appreciate your efficiency and support,” says Rasha Salib, an agent who recently transferred from another real estate company. “I think the best decision I did is joining your office. I wish I did back in 2017 when I got my license. You are the best real estate mentor—always available for us and very supportive. You are not just a manager; you are a true leader!”

After graduating from California State University, Long Beach with a bachelor’s degree in applied psychology, Leilani did graduate studies in social work. “I bring with me a love and great desire to understand human behavior,” she says. “I want to know what motivates people, what they are fearful of, and how I can help them overcome obstacles in a compassionate and kind way.”

Leilani has worked with all types of people and residential real estate transactions. She is known for her “professional excellence, with a heart.” She delights in using her skills and expertise to guide people who are fearful of the real estate process to a successful close. She has even helped connect clients with great Realtors in other parts of the U.S. Leilani takes inspiration from a quote by John O’Donohue, which she uses as her slogan: “No distance is too great when the destination is home.”

In the past, Leilani has led her team in community involvement and volunteerism, taking part in events for the Chino Valley Chamber of Commerce, collecting food and clothing for Chino Neighborhood House, and kicking off the school year with backpack giveaways. She encourages her agents to become significant contributors in their communities.

Leilani enjoys reading and belongs to a book club. Her husband George helps her whenever he can, and often assists her at the weekly business meetings. Leilani has two grown children, Christina and David.
